Make it about the product again, and not about increasing numbers. Cold hard efficiency does not make a company the best at something. It simply makes them fast and uncaring. Clients needs get short shrift when things are done this way as does honesty (as in many clients getting sold the same upgrades multiple times in a row).

Heritage Internet Technologies unfortunately went out of business in 2011. HIT was a reseller for NetHosting, which is headquartered in Orem, Utah. NetHosting has since taken over all former HIT customers.
