Affinity Gaming Employee

"I love the people I work with, we have a family environment that makes you feel like you belong. Supervisors and Managers are very supportive and always have your back and same thing with my other coworkers. We all work as a team. The only bad thing about this place is that the company does not have loyalty to employees while employees are very loyal to them. They've got employees that have been working there for 5+ years and yet they haven't seen a pay raise that actually will make a dent in their lives. There is also no room to grow as an individual in any department unless you are willing to put up with all the responsibility for pennies an hour."
