"During my time with Hensel Phelps, if it was one thing I've learned, is that the team is a family and we always pull through for each other, regardless of the extent of work that one must go through. I was recently inspired to crawl out of my shell and see myself at the leadership position, and that my friends and peers would finally congratulate my hard work for getting to the next stage of my career.
