"After 10+ years as an NA, I make $2.85 more than when I started. I bring home less now than when I started. The execs want us to work as though the company has only pennies to spare. Even going as far as hacking at retirement savings plans. All the while spending millions to buy property. It's often difficult to find equipment. Staffing is poor. 3-5 NA's to care for up to 48 patients on the medical floors. Staffing is decided completely by patient census, not acuity."
