"After 10+ years as an NA, I make $2.85 more than when I started. I bring home less now than when I started. The execs want us to work as though the company has only pennies to spare. Even going as far as hacking at retirement savings plans. All the while spending millions to buy property. It's often difficult to find equipment. Staffing is poor. 3-5 NA's to care for up to 48 patients on the medical floors. Staffing is decided completely by patient census, not acuity."

"Management at HFHS, they're out for themselves they're not there for the employees. New management on board is not a good breed for HFHS."

"Although it is a good place to work, do not expect to have many growth opportunities position wise. It is widely known that to get a good raise or to get a promotion you have to leave the company and come back at a future date."
