"The ownership is removed from the company yet they still keep a tight leash. The management lacks structure. Some individuals are a wealth of knowledge. This place is a great stepping stone for those trying to come up and start their career as well as for those who are bored of retirement. The benefits are also disappointing and vacation is a joke. But the worst is when upper management lies to the people who make the work happen."
