"They will either like you or wont you should have a good sense by the end of the interview. Questions are not usually related to the profession, most will come from past work experience."

What don't you like about working at Hemming Morse?

"Lack of professional training, they would do a lot of their own in house training. Director seemed to change their mind on how they wanted things done, but did not communicate the changes in work paper preparation, and then treated you as if they had communicated the changes they envisioned."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend a little more money to get real training. It will help mitgate risk and have better trained employees"
