"Started at this agency in September 2018. Unfortunately over time I found that they disregard their own Employee Handbook given to you at time of hire. I've also seen numerous ethical and boundary issues occur and having worked in other mental health and addictions settings, I know that we have to attend trainings and abide by proper ethics."
