"Management needs to abandon a fear-based environment and embrace encouraging employees and one another."

"The only thing I liked about working here was the four ten-hour shifts. I had Friday - Sunday off."

"If you like being on the phone and helping people with their computer problems, then this is for you."

"It was a call center, and I think I have decent people skills, but it just wasn't for me."

"Give the workers more than 2 15 minute breaks a day. Sometimes we have to deal with very upset customers and there's no time to reflect or take a breather in between calls."
