"Heli-One (H1) is an interesting company. The amount of responsibility given to an employee is unmatched in the industry; however, as an employee one is not given all the tools needed to always get the job done. All planners and account mgrs are working beyond their max capacity and high turnover is a result. For an Account Mgr to to be one stop shop for his customer can be overwhelming. One stop shop refers to the single point of contact for the customer. At H1 we must plan all events associated with the fleet being managed and maintain a strong relationship with the vendors to ensure timely deliveries to meet requirements deadlines. The company has had a hiring freeze in the customer service dept for sometime and there are no back-ups. Time off can be consumed by working several hours remotely from home. There must be a decent separation from work and home. All H1 needs is a little more manpower and it would be a dynamite place to work."

"Nothing. Nothing. Not one good thing to say. Nothing. This place is hell."

"DO NOT TAKE THE JOB. They make it seems so great using words like global company. ..growing..another favorite is very few companies this size have headoffice headquartered in BC...none of this matteresthey use u abuse you the ruin your career and eventually discard you."

What don't you like about working at Heli-One?

"Everything...managment is horrible. Work is manual and mind numbing. No recognition. Long hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"All managers should be fired and new ones with leadership skills and vision should be brought in. Stop lying to employees."
