"Established company with the elegance and status you would expect from any consultancy firm. Tons of perks and support for the employees. A bit of politics, but overall a good place to work, start and continue a career."
"I had worked at Heidrick & Struggles from 2014 through 2020 and found it a great place to learn and grow. I loved my team members, and the interesting people we worked with both internally and externally. We worked hard, but the company made sure we had some play time and other perks as well. While not entirely perfect, overall, It was a great experience."
