"Heide & Cook has given me personally a ton of opportunity. However, I do find that they are experiencing some extreme growing pains. There is a lot of turnovers and not enough documentation to recover from the continued loss of project knowledge. The technology hasn’t caught up with today’s day-to-day needs, and communication suffers because of it. Overall though, there is a good support system among co-workers and depending on what department you’re in, the supervisors can be awesome."
