At my current position, there isn't all that much room for up-word movement as much of the management is entrenched. But there re opportunities at other stores."

"Give the people that work for you more trust and freedom."

"I like my co-workers. I also like the amount of freedom I have to provide support to my clients as I think best."

"Plan on a steep learning curve. There is always something to be done. Don't plan on much down time."

"I do not like the compensation. I also do not have any opportunity for advancement."

"I would like IT staff to solicit opinions and recommendations from 'field' personnel more."

"Nothing really. They didn't have a position I could move into in Austin when I got married, but they are a great company."
