"I have learned many many skills. Rather than focusing on just the cold fusion, I am exposed to networking, Oracle DB administration, Linux and all aspects of intranet development. There are only 2 of us in the IT dept., so I have had a huge opportunity to become proficient at a varied number of skills."

"No benefits and poorly managed"

"More communication on projects, clearer details on what they want and make your employees feel more valued for all they do."
