What do you like about working at E.C. Styberg Engineering?
"The pay is good but they have lowered it significantly for new employees."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The pay is too low for new employees. The new pay scale is almost half of what current employees make. Management is bad. I wouldn't recommend that anyone try and get a job here."
What don't you like about working at E.C. Styberg Engineering?
"New management has company heading in the wrong direction and they are completely destroying the morale of production employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A happy employees is a good employees. Find a way to increase morale. Hire supervisors that are actually qualified and know what they are doing."
