Heat and Control Employee

"I found the company to have a good market share for its arena of snack foods, kitchen to bagging. It is always busy, the next project is always there, so the work is available. They have 5 offices in North America, as well as the UK, Australia and China."

Heat and Control Employee

"I've worked for Heat and Control for over a decade. It has a very flat management structure with few opportunities for advancement. Managers are chosen to run the business but have zero skills in actually managing people. There is no value placed on personal development and people are pigeon-holed because that's the simplest thing for the poor management to deal with. There is no personnel department. It's a very dysfunctional company with draconian personnel practices but somehow still makes a profit."
