"I have worked for HPS for about 1 year now and the project I am working never was given any resources and had very high standards for acceptance without being given any direction. As such, the project failed and our team is now being re-distributed to other tasks which do not relate to my preferred working areas.Additionally, after doing a great deal of research attempting to understand the business, it has become apparent that the entire company lacks a coherent strategy and vision."
