"I have worked there from 2006 to the present. It was a great place to work. Over the years, not so much. The management does not respect their workers, they try everything they can to undermine their employees. Don't get me wrong the pay great, but the environment is not right."

Digital Sales Manager

"I worked for LocalEdge for over 10 years. It was once a great place to work where employees got recognized and rewarded for doing a good job. In the last 5 years it has become too corporate and all freedom, bonuses and incentives have been slowly stripped away. Now, employees are numbers and no one is rewarded or recognized for their efforts. Constantly pushed to hit performance numbers and micromanaged. It is now a horrible place to spend the day. I do not recommend LocalEdge to anyone."

General Manager

"I have found Hearst Media Services to have a strong commitment to the revenue generating process, heavily recruiting for salespeople, providing a viable sales process and sales process training, in addition to tracking activity. The area I found lacking was commitment to customer fulfillment and services. Unfortunately the operation lost customers at a rate surpassing that of bringing in new ones which made the logistics of profitability challenging."
