"Look elsewhere as the company no longer exists. It was bound to happen since the company on paper has shown from the months proceeding the company changing hands from the former owners, sales and profit in general has dwindled to nothing."

"There was bad CEO direction. The CEO had no knowledge or experience in business training or management. As a result the company was bought out by competition."

"Hire a consultant to make executive decisions. Stream-line business expenses and cut costs to allow for legitimate expenditures."
