"Their primary product did not get FDA approval because of a problem with the clinical endpoints."

"Keep trying to get that product approved since it will benefit countless people for years to come/"

"Basalite is a good place for self-starter. If you are the kind of person that requires close supervison, and must be told what to do next, then you may not fit in"

"I don't have any complaints about the company; however,I do not want to remain in California for the balance of my career. Unfortunately, the company HQ is in California"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is doing a good job. I do think that it can do a better job sharing company vision - this would help inspire people"

"I liked the health benefits, Christmas bonus, and I really enjoyed working with the customers."

"Look elsewhere as the company no longer exists. It was bound to happen since the company on paper has shown from the months proceeding the company changing hands from the former owners, sales and profit in general has dwindled to nothing."
What don't you like about working at Hearmore Co.?
"There was bad CEO direction. The CEO had no knowledge or experience in business training or management. As a result the company was bought out by competition."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a consultant to make executive decisions. Stream-line business expenses and cut costs to allow for legitimate expenditures."

"Initially favorable, but not as good under the current President"
What do you like about working at Teledyne Brown Engineering?
"My freedom to grow revenue profitably. I was able to grow revenue from less than $10M to over $80M in 9 years. I also really liked my first 2 bosses."

"Not really, they are known for having good engineers and software development folks."
What don't you like about working at Teledyne Brown Engineering?
"My current boss and our CFO. He supported our CFO in draconian cuts in our Marketing and Business Development & B&P budgets while encouraging me to go after only $1B contracts, which won't work in a manufacturing environment."

"Do not be so greedy, especially while you are cutting the budgets that drive your revenue growth."

"Manufacturing capital equipment is in my DNA, and we made exciting and challenging products under challenging conditions"

"As the company has ended up in bankruptcy, it is clear there were many business decision issues."

"The time spent away from home and family. Other than nothing negative."

"The only thing that needed to be improved upon was the lack of communition for top level management."
