"I highly recommend this facility for their dedication to both patient and staff care. The team spirit involves staff at every level. The nurses, PT, OT, ST as well as management team start working as soon as they get to work, not in their offices, but at patient bedside. They help to answer the call lights, help patients to the bathroom, get patients up out of bed to the dinning areas, and they help to feed and supervise their breakfast. After breakfast, the patients have therapy and other activities scheduled throughout the day. There are team rounding and team conferences with physicians and other disciplinaries. In the team conferences, patient concerns are discussed and ways to improve their care are sought. Team work makes my day at Health South The Vintage productive and smooth."

"I just feel like theres so much I could be doing, so I build spread sheets and assist in other areas that my boss my need help in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To remember that I can run a restaurant all day long without my managers but I can not run it without my employees. Respect them, thank them work with them."
