"I have worked for the company for the last 4 years. It has a great culture. My co-workers and managers are extremely supportive. They have given me great opportunities to learn and understand the Healthcare Industry. There are growth programs for women in the company. The work life balance is great. This has helped me in building my career while taking care of my family."

"Nothing. The atmosphere is horrible and the pay is lower scale wise to the area."

"Don't work here. People are leaving left and right and it's not a nice place to work."

"Everything. Unrealistic deadlines; many mgrs don't listen to employee input; say they want to change, but don't."
