"The people who work there tend to be very outgoing, and very enjoyable to work with."

"Make sure the you are wiling to dedicate a lot of time to work. They want you to be more than passionate, they want you to be fully invested, and looking to work for maxim for the long haul."
What don't you like about working at Maxim Staffing Solutions?
"They expect you to work at least 50 hours a week, and to assume on call responsibilities. They also expect you to make decisions without a lot of information and then scold you for making the wrong decisions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would cut down on call time, and help give more direction to entry level employees early in their career."

What do you like about working at Voyage Healthcare?
"The location and internal staff were very nice. Owners treated all of the staff like family. Payed every week on time and never made anyone work extra hours. One of the best places I have ever worked."

"If you get a chance to work here, take it and run with it!"
What don't you like about working at Voyage Healthcare?
"There was a group of staff members that became very 'clicky' and it became unbearable. Management came in and cleaned house getting rid of all of them though."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't let groups form internally and not fire them. Be quicker to see bad employees as they can bring down the whole office morale. Promote from within - dont hire management that doesn't understand the culture!"

"Don't bother interviewing until they have seriously improved their work environment."

"The job can be done by a computer - I feel overeducated and overqualified. I feel like a telemarketer and a parrot, with no opportunity to exercise my brain."

"Poor leadership in all areas, lots of competition among VPs and their own agenda and goals. Very secretive, limited communication from all ends."

"Maxim is a management training program, so they only promote from within. That was my reason for starting with them. I really like the idea of promoting from within - self-growth."
