"I founded this company; HCIT-Consultants, LLC. I have enjoyed building something from a concept to a 3 person company. Our gross revenues reached $600K with every employee earning 6 figures. We were able to gain respect from the CIO and CEO of the hospital for solving problems."

What don't you like about working at Healthcare IT Consultants?

"I always knew I would have a short-term contract here and my time is running down to the point I know I will need to leave. They have replaced the legacy EMR system and the other system is now in place. I am looking for the next logical place to take my talents, my knowledge and experience and hopefully grow that new company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I probably could have taken a different accounting approach for making a difference to the way compensation, taxes were all handled. (Since I am commenting about myself) I would have looked at growing the operation to add more consultants nationwide rather than becoming so involved myself in this operation exclusively."
