"Shortly after I was acquired by Health Catalyst, they changed how the pay was determined to ensure the wages were based on skill and not gender or race. This was done through levels. Each employee's manager determined the employee's level. I ended up getting a 30% raise because it was determined I was at a higher level than my pay would indicate. In general, Health Catalyst tends to pay above average. In addition, they provide excellent benefits and reimbursements plus yearly bonuses and an occasional "spot bonus" as well."
