"It appears to me that they discriminate by age."

"Management was very dictatorial without listening to the design staff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to and untie a creative group that could fly if allowed."

"The Great Challenges and exercises to push my knowledge of web design further to complete the tasks needed."

"It's a great entry level web design position to learn some ropes. But not a long term investment"

"The Owner of the business had no knowledge of Web Design, and expected to sell Web pages like they were t-shirts or signs from his other business (Artistic Stitch)."

"Needed to work through the kinks of successfully profiting off web pages."
