"I’ve worked with HE Williams for the last 7 years. I’ve been in the finance department as well as sales and marketing. It’s a family owned lighting manufacturer that takes pride in being American made. They are sales focused and want to give a great customer experience. It’s a good work environment and overall a great place to work."
"I've worked for H.E. Williams for about 10 years now and though we've grown substantially, there are still issues in the managerial staff. The corporate structure is such that it's tiered well for the problems to roll down hill, but the hard work you put in day to day is given credit to upper management as a job well delegated. In the 10 years I've worked here, I've been given 3 very minimal raises, NO cost of living raise & many more job responsibilities and no replacement help for the lost."
