"I am being outsourced. :) Seriously though I think the hardest part about working for a company that is not interested in investing time and money in you is at the end of the day you do not feel appreciated. No matter the job, everyone just wants to go home feeling appreciated."

"Facilitate more. Need to facilitate more career opportunities wherein the employee can enhance the skill set opportunities."

"HCL is stealing from Axon by excessive transfer payments to India (Axon never profitable, HCL made $1B in NET profit). Intentionally putting in under skilled resources at falsified salary bands. Losing clients, tossed out of two where HCL did the damage but "Axon" was allowed to be the sacrificial goat."
