"The people I am training are very respectful and have a hunger to learn. I enjoy teaching them and learning how our cultures are different."

What don't you like about working at HCL Technologies?

"I am being outsourced. :) Seriously though I think the hardest part about working for a company that is not interested in investing time and money in you is at the end of the day you do not feel appreciated. No matter the job, everyone just wants to go home feeling appreciated."
