"the culture is becoming very run of the mill, sell-at-all-costs attitude dilutes the brand, leadership wants sales not a great satisified client base"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"go back to the old AXON days where enteprenurial vision and good client service were the metrics of success"

What do you like about working at HCL Global?

"Nothing - they are offshoring jobs that my kids should have when they graduate from college!"

"Stay as far away from ths company as you can - unless you enjoy destroying America."

What don't you like about working at HCL Global?

"I do not like the fact this the company specializes in offshoring work from the US to India. I was transfered to the company from Xerox Corp as part of a partnership deal they made."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"CEO says American kids are not employable!! Go home then monkey!"

"I love my job but it could be better, I feel more attention is to be paid to attaining the necessary knowledge of the job."

"I have worked for Boeing Account for 8 years and it was hard for moving existing projects to Agile. Because of customers availability is critical and changing mindsets is difficult. There are some projects where we need to work on Agile method but we don't get to collaborate."

"I have been a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst for about 3 years. My coworkers are great. Company benefits are pretty good, except they could use more paid holidays. The company provides absolutely zero tuition assistance to further my education or help with earning IT certifications. Very poor growth potential."

"Most unorganized company I ever worked for in IT. I work a contract to hire position, the company refuse to hire me but allow me to work 12 months over my contract and treated me as they were doing me a favor to allow me to still work instead of just letting me go or hiring me (strung me along in other words)."

"Too much work pressure on some people. Too much depends on manager behavior. HR is powerful and backs you."

"Job safety is good.HR is good. Good paymaster. Company culture is not good. Work pressure and timings are bad."

What don't you like about working at HCL Global?

"Too much pressure and less recognition. Also Lack of transparency. Expecations are too high from employee. Timings are more and have to work more than 9:30 hours."

"Manager should counsel team time to time and discuss the vision of company."

"This company has a lot of jobs, so it's good to have a job but is not a good place for growth, improvement or organization."

"I've worked for HCL America since June of 2012. I found it to be a good place to start out my development career, but not a place I want to stay in for more than five years. Too much bureaucracy makes it difficult to get things done."

"Must be willing to travel and move a lot, you have to be flexible to work in different industries."
