"Good company, with low focus on the employee, if you do your job you get recognition but economic growth is another thing entirely.The company has a large network of helpful individuals and nice information sharing systems, however the bonus schemes are the worst I had so far having to be an overachiever to attain 100% bonus and on top of that they have limited budget for that so its not really performance bonus but assigned by the managers to their favorite resources."

"Some times company's leadership team doesn't give enough importance of client requirements which leads to dissatisfaction of the customer with the onsite project team personal"

"the culture is becoming very run of the mill, sell-at-all-costs attitude dilutes the brand, leadership wants sales not a great satisified client base"

"I don't find anything unsuitable. I just want to explore the world beyond the borders of India."

"I would suggest my current management to keep up the good work as my current HR representatives have given me a good working experience."

"Nothing - they are offshoring jobs that my kids should have when they graduate from college!"

"Stay as far away from ths company as you can - unless you enjoy destroying America."

"I do not like the fact this the company specializes in offshoring work from the US to India. I was transfered to the company from Xerox Corp as part of a partnership deal they made."

"CEO says American kids are not employable!! Go home then monkey!"
