"This is a casual work environment. If you go there in a suit, you will probably be the only one wearing one, so make it a casual suit."

"The career development track has to be felt out by the individual. There's ample opportunity to move around, but the track inside the department may not be clear."

"I liked the international community. Every day I met people form all over the world. I wasn't educated enough at 17 to be able to converse that much with them in their languages. They all spoke English so it was never a problem."
