"I am contracting at Harvard now. I was an employee prior to becoming a contractor. It has excellent benefits, is a good place to learn new skills, and for a university, the compensation is good."

"This is a casual work environment. If you go there in a suit, you will probably be the only one wearing one, so make it a casual suit."

"The career development track has to be felt out by the individual. There's ample opportunity to move around, but the track inside the department may not be clear."

"I was an HS student and got to be part of the Harvard Community. This was the Armenian CHAIR at Harvard , as opposed to the University itself, so it was non-profit."

"I liked the international community. Every day I met people form all over the world. I wasn't educated enough at 17 to be able to converse that much with them in their languages. They all spoke English so it was never a problem."
