"Technically, I was able to work on my own skills, and I accomplished getting the results from the experiments that I tried."

"None. The boss was very nice when I was first interviewed. He almost immediately expressed that he would hire me."
What don't you like about working at Harvard University?
"Had a boss who was able to tell me his proposals on the requirement to be achieved for the job assigned to me, then let me work independently to complete the duty without interruption, but I was unable to find this kind of boss after 1998 except in one in Harvard University."

"Be able to direct employees on a clear job duty before asking the employees to work."
