"I have worked here for 2 years. There are some great folks and a rich history of over 100 years, that we needed to be proud of. There are changes happening but that change is not collaborative to improve all the teams, by creatively challenging each other. It seems solely focused on one area of work easier by burdening quite a few others. It won't be sustainable and will not have a happy, cohesive environment."
