"The responsibility placed on me. And being able to directly solve the problems our tenants had. As in leaks, fire alarm problems, etc."

"The workers who had been employed for a longer time with hartz tend to not complete all of there tasks on time or at all. As if they've lost there motivation or respct for supervisors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay more attention to who does the majority of the wok load. And deal accordingly with employees who act out of line and speak disrespectfully to them personally."
