"The managers talk down to you, the bar manager can be so rude and hates people, the gm has no stress tolerance and avoids problems instead of fixing them, and corporate acts like they should be treated like gods.The kitchen is constantly screwing up orders and we are always out of something."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Man up to corporate and tell them that cutting the support staff down so low in the winter is a retarded idea. Treat employees like adults with respect instead of like children, and have our backs every once in a while, stop firing people for no reason."
