"The technology and the opportunities to learn about new things in that area."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be white and male, you stand a good chance for success. Anyone else know what you are getting into before you join this corporation. Start by visiting with the CEO, I don't think he knows how to spell color, then ask to speak to someone that looks like you. In my opinion the Federal Government should pull all its contracts from this corporation, and find corps that live in today's society, not the 1950's."

What don't you like about working at Harris Corp.?

"They have not learned that their company needs to include all people of color, not just Caucasian males. This corporation is very racist to the core. It starts with a CEO who does not take the time to know his employees to HR VP who only works for awards and not the employees that work there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start over and integrate, this is not the 1950's. Get diversity training and do away with the Good Old Boy network."
