"At times we did not move products to market fast enough and that was hard because our competitors would."

"Need to listen to people in the field, for new ideas and products."

"The way I found to be successful at Harris was to be very proactive about finding work from other experienced engineers and finding work that interests you."

What don't you like about working at Harris Corp.?

"I wanted to work on defense projects immediately and be in a position to be given a security clearance but I had to wait for 6 months before I was put in for one."

"Good people, experienced engineers, the experience."

"80% travel."

"One reaches a point in the career where it is hard to move forward, maybe because after 8 years one has been taken for granted."

"Suggestions were to have a rotational program to where the employee will be exposed to other technologies and suggestion was welcomed."
