"For many years, I've been an avid motorcyclist, and working for Harley-Davidson, was my favorite job. I enjoyed not only the job, but the people and the culture of the business."
What don't you like about working at Harley-Davidson?
"The only draw back would have to be that some of the employees didn't share the passion of working there, and that tended to lower moral when trying to keep an upbeat postive energy in the company. But there's always gonna be people that don't fit within certain companies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I've worked for dealerships that hire/promote from outside, when there are clearly qualified employees that deserve to be promoted within."
"Harley-Davidson has changed in the last 2 years and I would not recommend as a place to work."
