"Harley-Davidson is a fun company with a very energetic mentality. Harley is a global company that is always changing and looking for new challenges to gain market share in the motorcycle industry. However, sales have been declining over the last few years and there has been a new restructure and lay off risks for the last 5 years at the company. This is still a great company with a dynamic team, but job security is fading."

"Great Dealership to work for. About one of the highest paid techs in the field. They are a Gold Bar and Shield award winner again 2014 - that's 8 times now. Most equipment is pretty good, but it is best if you have your own special tools. When you have 12 + techs tools get abused. Great area, but it is slow in the winter months (about half get laid off)."
"I've worked for Ventura Harley-Davidson for 11 years. It has been a good company and the have taken care of me until recently. I think more compensation should be given to those who go over and beyond and are committed to them."
