"The atmosphere is relaxed, and you do have a variety of projects to work on."

"Depends on the department, but in general having a graduate degree is strongly valued."
What don't you like about working at The Aerospace?
"There is very little to none upward mobility. The promotions are asserted mostly on seniority not performance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe the pay must be more competitive, in order to retain the younger employees."

"Management was excellent, treated employees like true professionals. Environment was casual but extremely focused. Co-workers were all experts in their respective fields."

"Be prepared to demonstrate your expertise at the whiteboard in a technical interview."

"Only occasional opportunity to explore roles outside your regular position, since company runs very lean."

"None, I thought management was excellent, demonstrating real respect for employees."
