"In the world of government contracting, Exelis is on the low end compared to the competition. I have enjoyed working for Exelis, however the financial compensation that they pay their employees is very low compared to similar jobs by competing companies. They have a high turnover rate because of this. They also lose many employees to the competition based on the quality of the jobs they bid. In my experience, Exelis has excellent mid-level management and my working conditions are very pleasing."
