What do you like about working at Target?

"Target has giving me a great deal of my work experience from a leadership/management experience. Target taught me how to effectively multi task, plan, and broaden my leadership style to get the job done in any arena that I am placed in."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My only tip is to stay focused and always effectively communicate and maintain actions plans, since these documents are the calendars of your career to ensure that you stay on track."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"Target has gone through many changes recently due to the economy and growth opportunities have caused promotional opportunities to become virtually impossible for many. I love retail and I need a company that I can grow in this Industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest management continue to plan and brainstorm ideas that allow and help its team members to stay motivate in this troubled economy. I believe that is the only way to avoid turn over and to stay competetive in this Industry."
