What do you like about working at Dick's Sporting Goods?

"Sporting goods are a luxery item and great to work with. I brought many people with me that I had worked with previously to form a great team, but many of them are not satisfied with the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This job is abusive unless you are a senior member of management (District Manager or above). If you need the money be prepared to get used and abused and spit out."

What don't you like about working at Dick's Sporting Goods?

"Dick's just demands more and more with less and less resources and expects performance. I delivered these results, with limited resources, and expectations again rose. My staff felt abused and over worked. I have worked for 2 other Big Box retailers and never had this kind of experience."
