"Being a crew trainer at Hardee's can be a challenging job, but it's a good way to gain leadership skills and customer service experience. The salary is low, but there are opportunities for advancement within the company"
"I began working at Hardee's of Morehead in October of 2017. Working as crew in the restaurant was a great experience. Upon getting promoted to management I wasn't appreciated for my extra work for the company. I was only being paid 9.85 for running an entire shift and store by myself."
"I have been working at Hardee's since the middle of January. It is the worst employer I've ever worked for. The manager doesn't care, and the assistant manager smokes weed in the parking lot several times on her shift, sometimes taking another worker with her while she does so. All of the workers there are negative people and usually "Ghetto" as a street rat. Minimum wage is the pay you'll get, even if you've been with the company for a long time and are offered leadership roles, but at the same pay as the entry workers because how much you are paid is supposedly "over my head" according to the GM. This place should be shut down. If you ever call corporate on them for any reason, it will not be addressed, believe me."
"I have worked for the company for 2 years and relationship in which I have with my crew is great. As with any fast food restaurant the employee turnaround rate is extremely high."
"The company that I currently work for does not keep up with the ever-changing demands of the market. They need to upgrade the work environments/workloads and technology so that we can still deliver the end product at a high quality level. The business is fast paced, but the back end of it is not. As an example, it takes way too long to process paperwork, figure P&Ls, and keep up with a well trained staff."
