What don't you like about working at Happy & Healthy Products?

"How long do you have The list can go on and on...1. The sales staff has a really high turn over because the company does not give adequate support. They are in the dark ages when it comes to technology and don't have a CRM to manage clients. They do not provide the BASIC tools like internet access, data plan, on the company phone, tablet, or lab top while you are out in the field. I had to use my own data plan and many times went over and had to pay for it as a out of pocket expense. You have to go to a Starbucks or Panera Bread to leach off their internet while you are doing outside sale. Not productive or professional. 2. The GM is a joke! A sales position here might be a fit for someone right out of college to gain experience but anyone with experience will find this company to be a complete joke. Micro-manager doesn't even begin to describe the management.3. Employees are often grossly underpaid compared to their local market and highly overburdened. You are doing a job where most company has different DEPARTMENTS for. I recently interviewed with a large franchise company and the CEO couldn't believe I did the job of 3 of his independent departments!Bottom line is: AVOID this company and their empty promises"

"H&H should not stand for Happy and Healthy. Try Hellacious and Hazardous to your Health!"
