What don't you like about working at Hand & Stone Massage Spa?
"I was stressed out dealing with co-workers. At the end of the day the cash drawer was never correct. Staff was consistently stressed out and there was always a client breaking the rules. I became withdrawn since I did not want to become involved with co-workers personal drama. At times I did not want to push products on customers that were not interested. This caused tension between the manager and myself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have better communication between offices. An informed training session for new employees and information that is readily available to reference. Work with employees who have lower sales before reporting them. Be less tolerant of clients that want to take advantage of workers."
