"Not many compensation benefits. Having to constantly perform the duties of an Assistant Manager and not receiving the financial benefits of it (I'm just being honest about it)."

"I feel that the best way to get cooperation from everyone, Management should lead by example."

"the rewards are numerous. the bosses are great and understanding and money is not usually a problem."
