"The pay and the hours were very good thats about it"

"Make sure to be blunt with them and let them know all of your experience because if you lack something you may not think is crucial they sure as heck will smell that."

What don't you like about working at Hajoca?

"Lack of training and Lack of Patience with Entry Level Workers very cut throat you either make it or you don't in a course of a month."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be forward with new employees and let them know your expectations are very very high and if you don't suffice to your expectations you will lay them off with no hesitation."

"I liked the fact that my boss trusted me to run several departments while he was gone. I likes the fact that I was trusted and respected in the company"

"Be yourself and show what accomplishments you have achieved and your experience"

What don't you like about working at Hajoca?

"Didn't like the fact that I was at a hourly cap after 16 years and wasn't able to get yearly raises except for a lumpm sum that was included in my check that took most of that away."

"have the team run more smoothly and have monthly meetings to improve performance."

"Be prepared for a fast paced environment. Hard work will get you to an inside sales position. However; ther is quite a long line for Outside Sales."
