"The premise of the company is wonderful. Hoping people to get in a home that otherwise wouldn’t have a chance to have their own home. One of the things that puzzled me most is habitat for humanity Is a Christian-based. However, within the company you weren’t allowed to use the words merry Christmas, Christmas anything about Easter for fear you would offend someone. Christian-based???? I have always worked for profit you keep your workforce lean and profitable that particular franchise had at least eight people to assist the contractor in building the homes on the payroll and could not build one home In a year. And the main reason I left was working under my contractor's license and I had no say on how schedules safety or anything other than teaching volunteers How to build. Habitat for Humanity builds homes to help people get into a home in the budget. This franchise Was building homes way above and beyond habitats interest."
"Great people to work with!"
